4d56 Engine.Had my idle adjusted last weekend. This was regarding the problem that it turns low when the aircon is turned on(just had my aircon installed prior to this).Ngayon mukhang mababa pa ng konti kasi pag naka-D ang transmission ko tapos hindi naka-on ang compressor rpm is a bit lower than the second line on the meter and i start to feel the engine vibrations.Paano po ba i-adjust ito?Napansin ko kasi sa may bandang likod ng makina ang ginalaw nila.Ang alam kong ina-adjust yung sa bandang harap ng makina.Yung maliit na bolt. Thanks or the help!

bro, follow the fuel cable line. ito yung cable na connected sa gas pedal going to the carburator (kung sa gas sa diesel fuel injector yata). you will notice that there is a bolt & nut there that stop's the fuel fly. yung bolt na yun ang adjust mo palabas to increase the idling. don't forget to lock it again on the nut.

sounds like an idle up valve problem. do you hear a click when you turn on the a/c? if you don't baka sira na yung idle up (looks like small piston thingy with a pushrod mechanism). if you do, at biglang bagsak RPM mo when the a/c is truned on, baka the idle needs adjusting lang. may fuel/air adjustment screw somewhere near the bulkhead jan, below the injection pump motor thingy.

    Things to check:
    Idle up
    Step down setting/cable
    Load sensor
    potentiometer

Ideally before setting the idle up for the A/C, set first the idle for the engagement of the transmission then adjust idle up for the AC.

Kung saan naka tukod ang lever na nasa taas mismo injection pump. Adust it to increase or decrease idle. Set this then put A/T to drive pag mamatay set it higher until maganda na idle. Idle up rod is connected to the same lever, engage A/T then open A/C kung mamatay adjust it higher until tama na siya.
