Question mga master..
regarding sa gear oil..
i usually use Enoc sa gear oil ko..
but i'm planning to switch to Castrol Manual Transmission Fluid na may ratings na "80W/90"
ok lang ba yun? or ano ma recommend niyo..
my ride is a corolla AE92 Silvertop 2.0V..
have anyone already try this oil?

Try using Royal Purple gear oil but use the rating required for your particular application regardless of what brand you decide to use.

I'm using Royal Purple's Gear Oil for my transmission and front differential... so far so good.
What's the recommended oil viscosity in your car's manual? 80W/90 is kinda safe to use though...

May 4th, 2008 04:39 PM #7sorry bro... our landline was busted for about a week before globe came to fix it it's all good na though now.
the RP gear oil is 700/liter but the castrol will work just fine din naman if wala na yun sa budget mo.
Choice I would have made as well.
