Gasoline Engine Oil brand?

Sir, which oil is much better for stock engine honda 92...Shell Helix HX5 or Caltex Delo Gold?
Both are 15w-40.

Any inputs will be highly appreciated. TY

Helix afaik is for gas engine DGU is made for diesel engine. Check the API rating as well.
