I have a friend over in Laguna who once saw an MR2 then the owner said its already on full engine balance and all you have to do is install the turbo.
My question is there such thing as a full engine balance that is ready for a turbo installation? Whats the process of the full engine balance?
Can anyone explain and tell about this full engine balance?

    Thanks.

Generally engine balancing is to remove any mechanical vibration that comes from the engine's internal moving parts like the pistons, cams, cam shafts, etc.

It has nothing to do with the engine being ready for turbo-charging (assuming the MR2 you were looking had a normally aspirated engine).
