October 22nd, 2004 03:01 PM #1pump price of gasoline is going up again and you have to think a way to save gasoline and increase your engine life one way is to use the power of water vapor when mixed with air-fuel mixture at air intake manifold either thru carburetor or fuel injection will give a a good combustible material such as hydrogen and oxygen the device is called Fuel Cell the device use water to generate water vapor, the water vapor is admitted to air intake manifold thru vacuum line available to manifold once the water vapor mixed with air-fuel mixture or air the result is additional power, cooler exhaust, reduce unburned hydrocarbon smell and air pollution. you can go to our auto shop at makati near gate 1 of fort bonifacio along lawton avenue crossing with kalayaan and see the device installed to revo and pick up.
got this info from other forum. any idea if this really works???

here's an EPA finding after testing one of the said vapor-bleed devices...
The changes in emission and fuel economy which were noted in the test vehicle are attributed to the enleanment effect of the device and might be matched by bleeding in more air to the carburetor. This could be accomplished by leaning out the idle mixture and/or primary jets, or increasing the flow through the PCV line.
Accumulating over 300 miles on the device did not yield any improvements compared to the results when the device was initially installed
plus the name itself is just plain stupid. fuel cell? hahaha... i bet the "inventor" doesn't even now how a fuel cell really works.
just seen a 10th gen cross 200,000 miles on reddit. is this a unicorn or has the cvt been proven...
