September 16th, 2005 09:51 PM #44nabaon na yung post kaya di ko na inatupag....sori po...
anyway...
the shipping firm filed a law suit with the german manufacturer saying that the engine did not perform as expected but then the manufacturer requested for the engine and had it analyzed, they countered with a law suit also 10X whats worth by the shipping firm saying that it was not used according to how it supposed to run.
so they settled amicably after talks and that engineer was fired and is now working again with another shipping company....
all we showed the manufacturer was the signed waiver since we did not want to get involved in someone's law suit....
all of that money involved because of kerosene..
