sir, pinaka-tune-up ng diesel kasi change oil ang valve clearance. (ang pagkaka-alam ko ha) , pero baka may mas maganda pang suggestion mga bro dito sa thread.

sir,
my opinion is kapag tune up sa diesel, air (clean or replace after 5th km) and fuel filters (drain water every 10th km. and replace around 30th km) lang.
valve adjustments naman kapag nag ingay lang. kung di maingay, hayaan mo lang.

usually ang replacement fuel filters ranges around +/-400 pesos and replacement air filter around +/-200 pesos.

Tune up ko covers the following:
replace oil filter
replace engine oil (mineral based) 6.5 liters
Cost: Php1,500.00

replace fuel filter (every 20k)
replace air filter (every 50k)

Kay Glenn or kay Ferdie. Di ko naman na pinapagalaw valve clearance. Baka lalo pang magkandaloko loko.

kung maingay as in the engine is louder than the usual crackling sound, have the clearance checked. 109th mileage, pwede mo patignan. di naman magagalaw unless adjust nila. feeler guage ang gagamitin para malaman ang clearance. dont worry. di masisira iyan basta marunong ang gumagawa. mas fuel efficient ang properly adjusted valce clearance and di gaanong mausok.

clean throttle body around 20th km (carb. efi=depending sa environment and sa pms mo)
check timing (carb. efi =for those where the timing can be adjusted)
valve adjustment depende rin sa vehicle. some have self adjusting. some are shim types which cannot be adjusted

Sir sa 2L diesel engine, how much you charge for valve clearance adjustment?medyo maingay na compare nong nabili ko.90T n mileage.
And also,any qoutation sa replacement ng pressure plate,clutch disc,released and pilot bearing for 2L engine transmission, Toyota Hi-Ace commuter van.
Saan po pala banda ang shop nyo...kung kaya ko qoutation nyo sa inyo ko papagawa.
