    sir miked what do you mean of vapor lock?and yung accel pump?ok naman yung vacuum hoses pinaltan ko pero ganun pa din.na check ko na din yung host ng host sa brake booster and the check valve ok naman po.try to observe pa din po.anyway, yung carb 2 times ko na pinabaklas sa mag ka ibang mechanic pero ganun pa din also check the magnetic jet ok pa naman..tnx po...

    vapor lock- the liquid tend to vaporize within the fuel line before reaching its destination (carb & engine) due to high temperature....

    accelerating pump - located inside carb...helps pump fuel during acceleration from idle.

    noong "pinabaklas" mo ng 2 beses na iyon nagpalit din ng mga gaskets at o-rings? everytime na binabaklas ang carb palit kasi mga yun or kahit anong joining surfaces...idle screw adjustment pinalitan na rin ba?

    yes sir miked 2 times ko binilhan ng carb repair kit last year.last year nagpalit din ako ng fuel filter.ill check if maayus yung pag kaka lagay.tnx...

    sir miked pa add po panu ko ma eliminate yung vapor lock?i think sa carb lang ang problem.ok lang ba na eh adjust ko yung screw ng floater bowl ng mas mataas ng level?di naman siguro mag over flow yung carb or malulunod?tnx...

    Pag nasobrahan ng taas ang level ng gasolina sa carb mag rich mixture yan, madalas malunod ang makina at mag amoy gasolina. Anyway pwede ka mag trial & error'

    Nacheck mo na ang lahat ng vacuum hose? How about yung vent nakakabit sa rocker cover (and crankcase kung meron). Yes vapor luck is also one possibility. How about ang gas level sa fuel line filter (plastic filter) palagi bang puno? By the way ano kaya ang level ng gasoline sa carb bowl?

    sabi mo 900 rpm pag mainit na makina. Nasubukan mo ba in long driving na pumara sandali then check ang idle speed kung 900 pa rin without aircon? Ang sabi mo kasi hindi namamatay kapag tumatakbo ang aircon so ibig sabihin sablay ang idle speed setting kapag off aircon. Kaya lang ok siya pag may aircon kasi gumagana ang idle up. Maybe your problem is a simple low idle speed setting. Hopefully

    sir weisshorn yup pag naka aircon ok ang idling nya pag off ang aircon hindi na stable.i observed it first i test it when the engine is cold or short distance driving 20mins. ok naman idling on ang off the aircon then i test it on long driving 1hr to 2hrs on and off ang aircon.pag off ng aircon that's the time na hindi stable ang rpm at parang namamalya.try ko din eh check yung idle up actuator.tnx sa mga inputs....
