Engine judders when electricals are engaged

are there any signs of burnt insulation?

I've checked the fuse box, at walang sunog or natunaw don. Just last week, ibinaba yung dashboard ko for major cleaning ng air con. We weren't looking at the wiring too closely pero I would think na obvious yung nasunog na wiring/insulation so nakita sana siguro namin kung meron.
