Engine and Fuel

Hi everyone! I don't have any knowledge about car, i just recently learned how to drive and i only bought my 2nd hand car 2 days ago.

Finally! Well, my car is 1999 Toyota Corolla, dont know the specs, i just rent a mechanic to inspect the car. I have some questions...

1. May car fuel is diesel, ok lang bang kahit anong diesel brand ang ilagay ko? how about the effect?

2. What is tune up? change oil etc? tuwing kailan ko ito gagawin?

3. Any site, that can help trouble shooting? kakaba kaba kasi ako baka tumirik yung sasakyan...

Yup me too... i never knew corolla made diesel variants...
alam ko lang na diesel na kotse before was isuzu gemini during the 80's

Ive seen corolla car nakaopen ang hood.nagtaka ako king bakit napakasikip..yun pala kc diesel engine..kumbaga na transplant na..

*TS, sir, hindi ako mechanic pero sana ako na lang sinama mo..hehe! anong sabi nung kasama mong mekaniko? hindi ba sya nagtaka bakit diesel yung corolla na nakuha mo?

it is possible that the corolla is a european model. it is also possible it is a transplant (frankenstein car). the TS admits he is blonde about cars. he might have made a mistake
