Nope. This is the electric fan thingamajiggy, right? Don't do anything past idle. Can't flow enough air.

Thanks all sa pag reply! may nakita ako na mukhang maliit na LPG tank, elevo yung brand sa concorde megamal. but i guess, baka sablay din yun.
mahal kasi mag H/E upgrade eh. yung I pa lang nagagawa ko.

Don't get anything cheap... Save up your money till you can afford the good stuff, and do it right the first time around.
