    My thanks to bail and jakewise for the idea of improving our electronic device to make it work like a dust collecting device to augment the filtering of commercial air filters. We noticed that even with the most expensive filter, (K n N?) so much dust particles clings to the electrode/needles/wire mesh. This is because the air particles are made negative by the electrode which is normally from neg500v to neg 1kv.

    It would be an easy matter to extend the electrode/needles/wire mesh to the whole length of the air induction tube to make it gather more dust. This is very feasible. We would be increasing the neg voltage from -1kv to nearly -3kv. This is the optimum voltage required. Increasing it much more will produce 03 together with the complications of dealing with ozone.

    How many microns can the best air filter pass thru? Bakit maraming dust particles ang kumakapit sa neg electrodes? Wala talagang air filter na 100% effective.

    We will be sending this info to DOST/TAPI and IPO and upgrade our ES device. Bail and jakewise, gusto niyo bang sumali since kayo ang napulutan namin ng ideyang ito? Kung ayaw niyo, salamat. Pero, kung gusto niyong sumali, just say the word. Thank you.

    OUR SOLUTION

    Filters are post-combustion devices. Our solution is entirely different in that before installing filters, the fuel and air are oppositely polarized before combustion. (See Fig.) The resultant ionized fuel and air mixture exhibit s a stronger attraction to each other resulting in more efficient combustion. The fuel burn more completely producing higher engine output, better fuel economy and most importantly, cleaner emissions.
    In a nutshell , the innovation employs two technologies. The air particles are negatively ionized with electrostatic (ES) energy while the fuel molecules are positively ionized with electromagnetic (EM) energy.
    (AFTER THIS PRE-COMBUSTION TECHNOLOGY, SPECIAL FILTERS CAN THEN BE DEVELOPED AND INSTALLED ON THE EXHAUST PIPE.
