lowriderz77: thanks for the reply, actually naagapan naman daw ng tubig dahil napansin daw ng kuya ko na paakyat na yung temp then ayun hinabol daw nya ng tubig with the engine idling.
Makikita ba agad yung mga gaskets kung may oil leak? Papapalitan ko bukas yung radiator... does that mean papa-tanggal ko narin yung timing belt to take a look at the water pump... ang alam ko kasi pag may sira na ang water pump eh tatagas na ito diba...
Ano klase yung bubbles na sinasabi mo? diba normal lang magka bubbles dahil sa current flow nung radiator coolant that is circulating?

kung naagapan naman eh ok lang yun , yung sinasabi ko kasi eh yung tipong talagang xtreme na overheat na hours na nag ooverheat :D hopefully ok pa yan makina mo sir :D

if the engine stopped due to overheat then the head gasket would be broken, but as you mentioned naagapan naman, so meaning nag increase lang temp and the engine was still running. to tell whether the head gasket is busted is to run the engine cold and open the raidator cap fill it with water if lacking and observe if the water is being ejected from the radiator opening. yes tama ka tatagas ang water pump if broken na. If I were you drain all water/coolant first, change the rubber hoses all of them, refill with new water/coolant combination and observe.

sir yung bubbles na sinasabi ko eh yung bubbles na enuff na mag spout out ng tubig. anyway di mo naman siguro magiging prob yun kasi naagapan naman pala sir eh :D happy motoring
