suggestion ko dalhin mo sa calibration.. over supply ng diesel yan baka masyado na malaki ang butas ng mga nozzle tips. ganyan din yung nangyari sa kin maputi ung lumalabas na usok. cost me around 5k para palitan ung apat na nozzle tips

the tech data has the nozzle pressure rate. also compression rate.

5k? isn't it bit expensive? I suggest you buy the nozzles yourself. baka may murang makita...

Hi Jony,

Your procedure is correct. Try checking your injection pump's timing as per Rion's engine data before considering nozzle replacement.

here in davao, nozzle tip balance is only 65/nozzle. but if the calibration shop techs will be the one to take the nozzles out, dagdag ka ng 20/nozzle. mura lang yan. dont replace it yet, have it balance first. anyway, the technician will tell you if its still ok or not. AFAIK, 800/pc lang ang replacement nyan. same as with the 4d56 tips.

sir after doing all the tips posted and still emits too much smoke, consider replacing the whole injection pump assembly from the mitsubishi L300fb if you're still using the lucas type, surplus price could range from 3k-7k depending on location, the d4bx is a korean version of the japanese 4d56

Good Day Mga Sir,

I have a hyundai grace , singkit and my problem is that the shut off valve of the lucas injection pump is always leaking , I have replaced it 3 times already kanina po as busted na naman , saan kaya ako may problem sa injection pump ba or maybe electrical..... Please pki munini namn po itong problem ko , any ideas will be much appreciated and be a great help .,
