Coolant flush or refill?

I am new to coolant/cooling system and I am a diyer I want your opinion about coolants..

Is it necessary to do a coolant flush?
How would we know if there are build up already so flushing is needed?
Is radiator cleaning the same as flushing the coolant?

suzuki? why are they still using old-fashioned coolant

these days we already have OAT organic acid coolants that last 10 frikkin years

just drain then fill your coolant w/ the correct type. i wouldn't bother flushing, coz you'd be replacing the old-fashioned coolant so often anyway...

no need for flushing....rust happens when owners use water alone...

Between 2-3yrs ang coolant lalo na kung high mileage.

With that period kung hindi naman bababa sa minimum level ng reservoir yung coolant okey na na hindi mai-sakto sa high level.
