Converting gas engine to diesel

If you can put the Ranger's turbo diesel engine on an Escape, thatwould be great. Or you can consider the 2.0L turbo diesel engine used on the older Focus TDCi.

However, you need to make sure that the tranny is compatible or you have to do a tranny swap also.

Mukhang mahal po masyado yun sir. Nabasa ko kasi na either Mazda or yung CD20 nga. May nakakaalam ba kung malaki ang diperensya ng takbo ng CD20 at CD20T and kung kaya ba ng Turbo ang body ng escape?
