ang alam ko pag sinabing auto tensioner .self adjustment ung tensioner niya.pag lumuwag ung belt kusa siyang nag aadjust.dapat talaga set pinapalitan un.

The auto-tensioner is like a tiny shock-absorber or damper which also wears out eventually.

A worn-out auto-tensioner will cause the belt to flap or slip, accelerating belt wear. That's why it is typically replaced together with the belt as a preventive measure.
