cleaning a simota air filter

hello people! merry krismas and happy new year sa lahat! itatanong ko lang sana kung paano linisin ang simota air filter. i already purchased a simota air filter cleaner and air filter oil. but the box doesn't have any instructions on how to use/apply it on the filter. please help me!

here's how...based on what i did with mine.

1. spray mo yung "degreaser", then pag medyo lose na yung mga dumi
2. wash with water then let it dry
3. spary mo naman yung oil

reminder, don't overdo it....baka masipsip yung oil pag sobra dami. kaya let it dry overnight after application of the oil.

^^^ same above then lightly spray it w/ WD40 for the finale.. kaso di ko ginagawa yung pang degreaser.

remove from auto
dip the filter in pail with powder soap
rinse and dry under the sun
spray with oil (simota/k&n) or wd40
that the way i clean my filter.

this is from K&N (same rin siguro sa simota)
1.tap filter to dislodge dirt then gently brush with soft bristle brush
2. spray air filter cleaner liberally soak for 10 mins or dip/soak mo sa palangana with air filter cleaner, hindi babad, ahon agad and wait for 10 mins
3. rinse off with running water with LOW pressure, clean side to dirty side
4. shake off all excess water ang dry it NATURALLY
5. after completely dry spray/squeeze oil DO NOT OVERDO it
6. wait for 20 mins or until the media absorb the oil
7. inspect

usually 1year/50,000/100,000 miles yan bago linisin depende sa dust condition, yung oil agent yan para maghelp magtrap ng dust yung filter kasi nga wet type yan, apply mo yan pagkalinis mo ng filter, di tulad ng apexi na dry walang oil at lifetime no maintenance daw
