October 29th, 2005 03:52 PM #31Yup, masama ang compressed air. If you have K&N, Hyperparts can clean it for you at 100 only. If you have Simota and plan to do DIY, you can probably use mild detergent. Soak the filter until the dirt is removed. Then rinse using water with fabric softener to preserve the element. When dry, apply a mist of WD40 or similar product so it can trap dirt better. Do not spray too much.

binabad ko lang overnight sa sabon yun simota ko..then pinatuyo ko sya the whole afternoon di ko kasi alam na bawal pala paarawan to anyways...
opinion ko lang. maganda siguro kung every 3 months linisin kasi ang dumi talaga. i get poor fuel consumption bec of my dirty filter. and its just 3 months old lang.

April 4th, 2006 07:31 PM #39Thanks Glennster!
Do they offer an extensive line of air filters in fusion r? I need one with a 70mm sized neck. Most available filters I've seen have 77mm necks. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
