Carb Choke - A/F Mixture

Hello tsikoteers, just wanna ask if the one with the red arrow is the carb choke responsible for A/F mixture, beside thermowax valve?
Ride is honda 92 / PH12 engine. Any response will be highly appreciated. TIA

Can you post a picture of your carb? And indicate where that screw above is located?

Sir, the upper portion of the pic po where the screw is connected is the carb itself. Just wanna make sure if that screw beside thermowax is for the choke, because there are 2 identical screws on both sides of the carb, meron pa pong isang ganyan sa kabila. Ang pagkaka-alam ko po ay for the idle naman yung isa, but not sure which is which. Thanks
