Pardon me, but this is hard to let go. All electrical loads when the engine is running will come from the alternator, provided the alternator can supply the demand, when the demand exceeds the supply they battery will provide it.

His vehicle is is a 2000 Revo with EFI engine, the computer manages the engine idle.

ito ang pagkakaintindi ko sa revo and other efi cars.
initial during engine initial start (engine cold) approx. 1300rpm
    gradually will stabilized to 650rpm

    no load approx 650 rpm
load will increase by demand (brake, electrical)
    by approx 150rpm

load will increase to approx. 850rpm
when a/c is selected to on
    thru idle up.

check mo muna ang throttle mo baka madumi na,
baka bara na ang mga ports sa loob
then check ang mga vacuum hose for leak .
then check ang idle up baka di na gumagana replace mo na
