If heat is your problem, cover the battery with reflective insulation all over. It doesn't really need to be reflective but the essential part is the insulation between the reflective layers. It's very good against heat.

Tingin ko naman siguro sa init dito.
Funny you say that, I've had to jumpstart several of my friends' cars with the same battery I still use in my car. Now I carry jumper leads in the spare tire well of my car!

Xto, ilang CCA ba ang 2SMs sized batteries dyan? Here we have "group" designations for the battery sizes. Mine happens to be Group 49.

Nakakainis.... I've been having trouble for the past few days with my 10-month old Motolite Gold battery --the one in the Sedona. When I turn the ignition for the first time in the morning, nothing happens. When I try starting it again, it starts without a problem. Is there a way of checking its remaining voltage or something to know for certain if it's about to fail?

cold cranking amp is so important esp in cold climates - the higher the better.
haven't asked/checked yet what's the local manufacturer's standard for tropical
climates. pero dito usually ilang plates ang tanungan when you buy new
one. the more the better. ordinary has 7 and high performance class has
12 or ever more on each slot.
