automatic choke/electrical choke help!

it seems like eto ang sira ng kotse ko, coz everytime pinapaandar ko ng cold start ang tagal maging stable ng rpm ko nagstastart sya from 400/500 at nanginginig what i do is i open the aircon agad and rev up to 1.5k for 1min para maging stable afterwards ok na sya.any ideas ano sasabihin ko sa mechanic to get it fix it happens lang naman during cold start other than ok na sya once mainit na ung makina.need ur help guys pano ko papaayos iyon.

btw before kasi ang normal rpm ko during cold start is 1.5k talga then bumabalik sya to 1k/.8 after nya mareach ung normal lang ng engine.kaso ngaun nde na sya ganun.vtec d15b ako na carb type.need ur help guys badly d ko alam ano sasabihin ko sa mechanic to get it fixed.

it doesn't hurt to clean your carburetor with of course carburetor cleaner. clean inside the throat with the thottle valve open and clean the outside where your cold idle step cam is located and the surrounding areas. don't worry about what previous threads about putting stuff inside the intake, this gum and varnish used to be part of the fossil fuel gasoline years back which were supposed to have entered the combustion chambers and burnt anyway. let the cleaner evaporate from the intake. at first you will experience a hard start, this is normal. then everything should be routine
