punta ka na lang sa shell (helix ultra), petron (ultron race) or caltex (havoline) gas stations, they have fully synthetic in their product line para makapili. stay away from rapide as much as possible. sa daming negative experiences na posted sa tsikot. search mo na lang.

madali lang magpalit ng oil filter but you need filter wrench kung sakaling sobrang sikip ng dating nagkabit. ideally every 4-5,000 kms ang palitan nito. mas earlier the better.

try nyo po yung synthetic oil ng shell, around 2K plus.. ang gamit ko kasi mineral oil lang and every 5000km ako nagpapa change oil sa shell, and kalimitan naman pinapalitan nila sa kin is oil filter lang.. or try nyo din pala sa speedyfix along shaw, they use royal purple synthentic oil. regarding naman sa fuel filter, pwede din naman kayo na ang magkabit kaya lang in my case pag bumili ako sa kanila ng fuel filter libre na ang kabit..

Gamit ko Redline 1 un sa pinakamagandang synthetic 2,650/gal po sya sa superior motors. Polyol Ester po base nya kaya mahal d tulad ng ibang synthetic na synthetic base stock lang. 10 yrs ko na po gamit sa 2 sasakyan ko na parehong d pa naooverhaul. 140k klms na mileage bawat sasakyan.

mag speedyfix ka na lang po. lapit lang sa inyo and i think meron sila mga promo change oil..sa fuel filter naman, depends sa brand ng car ninyo, any auto shop should have the equivalent, just make sure you have the parts number or tell them the exact model of your car. i bet sa speedyfix they have that as well.

imho and afaik, the shell synthetic package change oil is around 3k pesos. includes 4 liters of full synthetic, oil filter and labor.

what i would suggest is you get your oil outside (shell fully synth is excellent). and just go to a shell station and get the filter and labor from them. can save you at least around 15% of the cost.

laki kasi ng patong nila sa oils eh. mas mura sa Ace Hardware (where i get my Shell Semi-Synth oil too.)

kasi, hindi naman sila nag change oil if your oil is not shell.

pero yes, punta ka na lang kay speedyfix. i think he uses Royal Purple and Motul.
