June 10th, 2006 01:13 AM #11now i understand. ganun pala yun. kaya pala every morning when starting up it goes around 1000-1200rpm ang idle ko, pero pag takbo na ng mga ilang minutes bababa rin 800rpm.

June 10th, 2006 09:27 PM #13nabasa ko sa isang car maintenance guide sa net na 3000rpm daw fast idle speed ng 4AF.
ndi ko naman maitaas yung rpm kahit i turn ko yung fast idle screw.
isa pa, madali mag start yung kotse kasi bagong overhauled yung carb. pero ang problema naman is after 2 mins or so namamatay na siya na parang naubusan ng hangin.
anu kaya problema nito???
isa pa, yung yung TVSV port (???) na meron four small hoses na naka connect to aND from the carb is namamawis kasi gawa ata ng gas. normal ba na merong dumaloy na gas dito???

question lang po, baka sakaling matulungan nyo ako.
paano mag adjust ng idle ng toyota revo 2001 2.0 EFI?

i wouldn't tinker with an efi engine if i were you. usually you adjust the amount of air that is sucked by your engine to increase or decrease its idle speed.
