Just found the specs for the 4AFE ignition coil.

    Ignition Coil
    5. INSPECT PRIMARY COIL RESISTANCE
Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between
positive (+) and negative (–) terminals.
    Primary coil resistance (Cold):
    1.1 ~ 1.7 at –10 ~ +40°C (14 ~ 104°F)
If the resistance is not as specified, replace the ignition
    coil.
    6. INSPECT SECONDARY COIL RESISTANCE
Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between the
    positive (+) and high–tension terminals.
    Secondary coil resistance (Cold):
    9 ~ 15 k at –10 ~ +40°C (14 ~ 104°F)
If the resistance is not as specified, replace the ignition coil.
Check ko yung sakin. Baka nga ignition coil.

    Thanks!

Sometimes it passes the resistance check but fails miserably on spark test. The coil should be able to snap a bluish white spark from 3 inches to ground when tested. If the spark happens around the coil, the insulation had been breached

Kanina lang, shorted TE1 and E1, then turned on the key. Continuous blinking lang ang CEL. I guess that means ok ang mga sensors?

Happened to my ST191 before. Nabiligtad ng mekaniko yung pin ng distributor.
To test, bukas ng valve cover, itapat yung crankshaft pulley notch sa zero, ensure that no.1 cylinder is at compression TDC by ensuring that the pointed part of both its intake and exhaust camlobes ay nasa horizontal position or hindi nakaturo sa ilalim. At this position, yung distributor rotor e dapat nakaturo sa HTW ng no. 1 cylinder.
Or try to test kung may voltage sa terminals ng fuel injectors. Troubleshooting a Toyota Fuel Injector | eHow

I said, "To hell with it. Bibili ako ng surplus distributor! Doble gastos na kung doble gastos!"

Kinabit, nag start. Problem solved! Thanks sa lahat ng comments/inputs! Next time, wag na iparepair, palit na lang ng buo.
