    Bakit 5w30?

Medyo mababa ito for Philippine use.

am not sure kung mababa sya for philippine use but USDM and EUDM car dealership are using them for PMS..... btw, the application is for a USDM suv... i would just like to try other brands if there are available with that viscosity. i know 5w40 oils are very common but 5w30 is my requirement.

Meron ata Valvoline (not sure!), check ka sa mga Handyman shops! Or why not try 5w40 or 10w40 instead? Medyo manipis kasi yung 5w30 sa ambient temp. naten eh, and aside from Caltex bihira lang ako nakakakita ng ganung viscosity, mostly 5w40, 10w40.

ive used mobil 1 supersyn 0w40 oils before and is not different to 5w40 bec we dont have winter here. 0w40 is safe and sufficient for my use but i switched back to 5w30 because it is thinner and it is the viscosity specified for my vehicle...

there is a low point and a high point. the first number denotes the cold range and the second number denotes the hot range...
