What did you do to your old car batteries? Nagpalit kami recently ng battery and sa ngayon nakatengga lang yung old battery. Magkano ba bentahan ng ganito?

If you buy a battery, the shop will take the old one and give you a discount on the new battery (P200-300).

Trade na yan dun sa binilhan mo. Bigyan ka discount.

Kung naka tengga sa bahay mo pwede mo gawin emergency source of power ng ilaw pag brown out. 12volts lang na ilaw. Bili ka solar panel. Trickle charge lang.

Mas useful pala if you can buy Yung cigarette plug adapter. So you can use ciga plug to USB converter.

After 5 years and 1 month plus usage, I had to replaced na may amaron battery. Battery checker indicated low cranking current already. Had it replaced with emtrac plus brand, from the same company making amaron.

Ito yung sinasabi nilang fake Amaron.
Because Amaron is a known battery brand now, every brand battery from India is being marketed as same as Amaron. There are batteries who even copied the case and cover design of Amaron. But if it is not green and/or has no embossed Amaron word, or did not print manufacturer name Amara Raja, you should start to doubt.

PNOI MOTORISTA, It’s important to stay informed about the broader market beyond your local shop. Emtrac Plus batteries are manufactured by Amara Raja Batteries in India and are highly regarded globally, including in my home country, Fiji.

Additionally, Emtrac Plus batteries feature embossing, which could help in confirming the authenticity. Owners of Emtrac Plus batteries are based in Singapore. You can reach out to Mr. Yazad Debara for further clarification.

we once made a cheap motolite ("champion", with 12 months warranty), last more than 4 years. it was driven on highways.
another one, driven in stop and to trafficky ncr, lasted 1 month beyond its 12 month warranty.
i got my first amaron last year. gonna find out how long before it dies.

Parang napansin ko, if city driving, hanggan 2 yrs more or less lang talaga tatagal battery.
My MUX battery which was bought and installed by original owner last Nov 2023, parang humina na ang cranking lately.
The battery brand is Yuasa, I was hopeful na sana tatagal since hindi naman heavy sa electronic sensors yung unit.

Etong Amaron nalang natirang battery na need ko iobserve if tatagal ba talaga for a city driving usage.

Nagpapa tulak na lang ako para makauwi or pa jumper cable pag inabutan sa masikip na parking Thinking if I should stock on a battery pero dapat ba umaandar pag kinabit para di mawala settings?
