    Sir,

    tanong ko lang po kung ano problem nang Lancer GLXI 95 pag on nang headlights eh, bumababa ung rpm.

    possibilities: battery malapit na bumigay, mahina charging alternator, maduming ang TB, meron grounded sa linya...

    Check if the battery clamps are loose or if the contact is corroded. Either way, it might be poor connection between the battery terminals and the battery clamps.
