RPM decreasing when light is turned on

tanong ko lang po kung ano problem nang Lancer GLXI 95 pag on nang headlights eh, bumababa ung rpm.

Check if the battery clamps are loose or if the contact is corroded. Either way, it might be poor connection between the battery terminals and the battery clamps.
