    Is it possible ba to completely replace one's car's electricals, wires and all? Mgkano naman kya aabutin sa labor/parts?

    yes...but there are no available local wiring replacement kit sa pilipinas unlike sa US....electrical shop would charge you around P2K-5K for a whole car....but job may not necessarily be at par with stock wiring.
