    Just out of curiosity I took a picture of something from our restored old school car. Can someone out there enlighten me whats the usage or purpose of the attached image? Its beneath the steering wheel and that button can be turn left and right. And how would I know if its still functioning, is there any signs if that button is still working?
    Ride is nissan 86

    TIA :=)

    oo tama si bromeledson...rheostat sa panelboard yan...

    kapag nasisilaw ka sa instrument panel, turn left para di masyadong maliwanag...turn right kapag gusto mo malinaw...

    yan e, kapag nakaswitch on parking light/headlamps mo....

    Good day Tsikot...God bless.

    sa ilaw ng mga cluster gages, spedometer, tach, etc.

    kung mali ako, it can be an adjuster sa headlight para ma adjust pataas-pababa. pero mas sure ako sa instrumentation.

    I see, so un "backlight ng instrumentation" pala na sinasabi ni sir meledson ay ang mga lights ng panel gauges, eg fuel gauge, speedometer, temp, battery, etc...napansin ko nga na mejo dumilim ang gauges ng car, yun pala ang button that I need to adjust, lol

    Dami talagang mababait na gurus dito sa tsikot na always there when you needed them most kahit na minor questions lang ay ieeducate ka

    Thanks sirs desert and meledson...keep it up guys!!!
