Yes, nagagalaw ito. You could ask for the orig warranty/service booklet to check the km check-ups and dates of the check-ups, if the current km reading makes sense. A car that new, and that had just, or is about to end it's warranty should have this booklet still.

Another option is to try check with the casa where your seller claims to have the car serviced at, and find out the latest km check up they did with the car. I've heard some casas accomodating these queries.
