As what 4x2fuego pointed out, tire black helps. Yun din nilagay ng casa sa rubber guides ng nagcomplain ako.

I experienced that problem sa Civic EK, medyo mahina kasi talaga yung power windows nun kaya. well. what I did is i cleaned the glass edge with rainX. I also cleaned the rubber guides with water and detergent - to remove all dried-up grease and filth, may grooves all aroung na made of rubber with some felt on it right? . Then I sprayed 'all-purpose' Silicon Lubricant onto the rubber glides and presto! OK na, hehe.

    edit :
You might want to check the mechanism inside the door, baka marumi na or rusty na rin, grease (not sure if may specified grease for plastic parts) may help also.
