the locks on the exalta is fcked up. everytime i press the remote to open the door... i hear a double click ... parang it opens tapos it closes quickly so i have to manually open it through the keyhole. i dropped by nissan shaw to have it fixed and the total gastos daw would be 12k including labor.

have this same problem before and got them fixed already.. the power lock actuator cost me around 4.5k or less each but i had only replaced 2 (passenger side 1 in front and 1 at the back)in nissan UN (thanks to ILD's referral).

had to go back after the replacement due to the same problem after the replacement. but bu issue there was when i an trying to open the door using the keys, NO GO.

had to remove the complete panel for the side and wala... my lock mechanism was full of rust kaya hindi na siya mag open. nilinis lang namin and changed the springs..

And we're way way far from salt water areas..

yung problema nung HU ko is grounded, paminsan namamatay pag nalubak, and lagi niyang pinupush pataas yung antenna ka.. kaya nung tinanggal yung antenna hindi na maibalik kasi hindi na bumababa ng todo yung HU.
    Solution: replace HU tsk tsk

tried these P500 actuators before, ok naman ah. they last between 3 to 5 years in my experience. and i think that's a better deal than these P5000 origs that last for what, 10-15 years the most?
