June 9th, 2011 01:17 AM #1Hi mga sirs,
Bago lang pinalitan ang both rear tail lights ko since nabasag ung left side. Dual-filament ang bulb since share ang tail light and brake light. Here is my problem.
If "on" ang light, left side is lighted up but right side is not, or off siya.
If "on" and light and brake is pressed, left side brake light doesn't work, although lighted siya but hindi super bright na light if nka brake ako. This time, the right side works.
Not sure if busted ang both bulbs, either of the filament sira sa both. Any advice will be appreciated. Tia!

check the way the light bulbs were installed. although they are idiot proof installation, there is no guarantee if it was installed by a novice. the 1157 light bulb if it is what you are using, has two lugs of different depths into the light socket, it might have been inadvertently installed backwards
