I had a worn out carbon brush on the starter issue..engine cranks but wont start...
went to the dealer to check my battery. one cell is dying.. i surrendered my battery and dealer said to wait for one month for the replacement....ganito ba talaga katagal???
kala ko over the counter on that day ang replacement. buti binigyan muna ako ng gagamitin while waiting for the battery. at buti na lang kamo itinago ko warranty card and official receipt ko ng batt.
nga pala the "dying" battery on my ride is 14 months old motolite gold.

ganoon talaga yan kasi mismong maker ang pagpapalit ng baterya hindi ang dealer lang.
The same din yan sa mga PC parts say Seagate HDD, mismo Seagate Singapore ang pagpapadala ng replacement after receiving the defective item.

same experience and same battery type.
Right, the manufacturer will be the one who would replace it and schedule it for pickup, tests, and then replace if proven defective. Good thing they gave you a temporary replacement that fits.
