I'm using Ortho Animal b gone bought at HMR. Its granulated, put it on an ice-candy plastic bag, multiple puncture with toothpick, then tie to the cables and places inside the engine bay where the rodents stay. From the ingredients its just oil extracts of plants that repel animals.
