    hi po. ano po ba tama setting ng turbo timer? if city driving lang po mga ilang seconds? thanks

    ones mechanic told me 15mins long driving
    then city driving 5mins.

    i dont have a turbo timer but i follow my own set of scale times.
    3-5mins lang

    It really depends on how hard you have driven the engine for the last ten minutes or so.

    If you still dont have a turbo timer, purchase one with "automatic" timer function.

    For me, city driving = 1 minute. Hi-way or long distance driving = 5 mins tops.

    15 mins? That's not cooling down. That's engine soak

    I'd would say go with 3 - 4 minutes for in city driving and 2 - 3 minutes for highway driving. City driving are much harder on a turbo than highway driving unless you're really kicking it hard (you know, broooom, brooooom ) on the highway. The turbo tends to loaf at highway speeds but gets quite a workout in stop-and go city driving.

    in most cases nga hindi na kelangan... more often than not you don't come from wot then just shut off the engine. you tend to cruise the last couple of minutes and that's more than enough.

    sa traffic naman then no need rin... idling = traffic so why bother pa?
