    guyz last dec lang ay nagpa change oil - tune up ako, siyempre palit ako spark plug. then this feb lang, namamatay ang makina, nagtataka bakit ganun??? tingnan namin sparkplug parang sira na. di palit kami spark plug ulit. din umandar siya. nagamit pa namin ng ilang araw... then kahapon lang ganun nanaman namamatay ang makina. nung magpalit kami ng spark plug umandar ulit. bakit ganun????? gamit ko pala mitsubishi lancer gli... pwede niyo po ba ako bigyan ng advice kung ano possible root cause tapos ano solution. may alam akong malalim na problema auto ko. need your advice thanks..

    additional dun sa explanation ko po. maitim ang tip ng spark plug din parang may oil... may internal problem po kaya ako?

    Ayun ang problema mo. Nagfa-foul yung spark plug mo kasi may leak na sa seals. Change spark plug seals

    galactus, kailangan bang overhaul ang makina? mgkano kaya magagastos ko pag nagpalit kaya nun? thanks

    Depende. Try mo muna to change the seals. Mura lang yun. Worst case scenario, top overhaul na yan.

    kaibigan,may internal leak na ang kotse mo and could be one of this is the problem.

    -bad valve stem seals or valve guide (intake valve).

    -worn oil control ring or oil ring.

    -worn or scored cylinder walls

    have them do the cylinder compression test,pero palagay ko di na kailangan kasi obvious na talaga na may internal leak sya.might need a top overhaul lang if the problem is valve guide or valve stem seals lang and general overhaul na kung ang problema ay oil ring or scored cylinder walls na.

    additional pala,bago ka pala mag jump up dun sa sinasabi cause ng problema,do the simple test muna.

    -clean the spark plug,install it,start the engine,accelerate.

    engine smoking is normally noticed at the tailpipe when the engine is accelerated or decelerated,at ang kulay ng smoke ay tutulong sa pag diagnose ng source ng problema.

    =blue-gray smoke indicates motor oil entering the combustion chambers,kaya may oil din sa spark plug mo.

    ^ O ayan....si dennis powell na nag-advice. I've been reading some posts of his, and its quite apparent na experienced mechanic talaga sya. Ako kasi, backyard mechanic lang hehehe

    hindi naman,pareho lang naman tayo eh,alam mo minsan nagkakamali din ako.
