2. UltraGauge (OBD2)
3. Mini VCI + TIS Techstream (for Toyota vehicles only)

Despite what others are saying, knowing the actual Diagnostic Trouble Code(s) (DTC) will help you narrow down the problem root-cause. If there's a stored P-code, these scanners will be able to see it.
