goodevening tsikoteers pa-help naman po about H4 bulbs. I bought this euroline pure yellow H4 bulbs to replace the existing bulbs of my 85' mitsu galant but it wont fit the HL :crying:
are there 2 types of H4 bulbs? mukang iba kasi yung diffuser nitong stock H4 bulbs compared to the euroline H4s.. sabi kasi ng installer sa shop iisa lang ang H4

sir the euroline are H4 P43t type and your existing are H4 P45. they are usually found on european made vehicles or headlight types.

many thanks sir, have searched the net and magka-iba nga sila. haay available kaya locally ang P45T H4 bulbs?

yes they are available. osram branded bulbs have them. its just hard to find high wattage 100/90 since they are not that common.

Sir since they are not used, you may bring that back to the shop where you bought them.

may napansin lang ako. kung stock ang huling bulb nyo dapat same wattage lang ang gamitin nyo na replacement. kung higher wattage kasi ang gagamitin nyong bulb dapat magpalit kayo ng ceramic sockets at thicker wiring para sa headlight. baka kasi ma-toast yung old system nyo.

April 15th, 2010 10:26 PM #8Sir.. plan ko din sanang magpalit ng mas mataas na watts 100/90 sana, stock ko kasi 60/55.. ok lang kaya..? kasi may pinalitan kaming H4 bulb ng 02 Civic, naka super white siya, napundi yung isa, nung papalitan namin ung bulb, nagulat na lang kami na 100/90 watts na pala ung bulb, pero stock lang lahat, wirings, socket, fuse.
considering a Ferrari has an average price range of 20-25M. multiply that with 666 units sold then...
