Thanks, recently lang naman sya nagkaganun more than six months ko na syang gamit, kaya tinigil ko muna.

That is weird.... Papaano mo na-connect ang relay for this set of lights? Did you connect the park light wire, the one that is directly connected to the park light, sa low current side ng relay? From what you are describing, it looks like the relay is busted/shorted which directly connects the battery(live 12V) to the fog lamps...

Anyway, I suggest the following (if you turn on the park light, it will turn on the fog lamps as well) :

1. Check the fuse amp rating and the relay amp rating of your park lights and make sure that they can accomodate your fog lamps. Most of the times, they are designed to do it.
2. Directly connect the wire/s from the park lights to the fog lamps.

-or- if you still want to use a relay

1. Connect the wire in the low current side of the relay of your park light to the low current side of the relay in your fog lamps.
2. Connect a (live) 12V wire to one side of the relay (high current side)
3. Connect the other side to you fog lamps
4. Ground on the body
