Dashboard & center panel lights replacement

Guys, need a recommended shop for replacing dash+center panel bulbs on a 2002 Civic Vti-S. Yun maingat sa pagbaklas or meron supply ng plastic and metal clips. Alam nyo naman kapag 10+yrs na auto, sunod sunod na magpundi mga ilaw tsaka madali mabali clips. I'm planning to replace all bulbs or if possible change it to LEDs. Ortigas, Banawe and farther north preferred. You could post south shops din for other readers' benefit. Thanks in advance.
