dash board light question...?

hello sirs,
hopefully you can help me with my problem with my dash board light.everytime i turn it on, after a few minutes (5 to 10 min) it goes off.
and then mag on ulit.
what could be the problem?

try to check po the fuse allocated for your dash baka malapit ng masira.

pa check mo agad alternator mo.. ganyan din nangyari sakin kanina on and off ang light indicator sa dashboard. nung pinacheck busted na ang diode at ang stator nya..pinalitan buo ung alternator ko, pinalitan ng bago it cost around 3k kasama na labor. ride ko nga pala is L300...

Tama si chinesecarebear. Check fuse loose for connection. Gaya ng dirty contact sa fuse holder or fuse itself or wiring and connection mismo ng socket ng bulb ng dashboard. Baka may history ka ng na Ondoy.
Palagay huli mo check alternator or battery kung di naman namamatay makina or mga headlamp or car stereo.
