Toyota IMV compatible OBD2 scanner

Hello mga Sir,

Tanong ko lang kun mayroon kayong ma recommend na hobbyist level OBD2 scanner na pwede sa Toyota IMV (hilux, hiace, innova, fortuner) especially diesel?

i have gone thru a handful and none of them work. I have tried a 500peso generic scanner, actron and autel all no luck. I know some highend models like autel can read them but I cannot justify buying one as as pang DIY mechanic lang ako and I only do this as a hobby.

my actron old 9580 does not read our 2015 fortuner and a friends 2006 innova.
