Happened to me on my stock battery which lasted for 4 years and 8 months. Ngayon yung replacement battery is already 2 years (21 months warranty). May bagong battery na akong naka stock sa likod ng kotse.

well, as long as the electrolyte (the water!) has not yet been poured in, that battery has a very, very long shelf life.

Baka kalawangin nga lang ang trunk sir maslalo na pagnatumba at ung singaw ng acid masisingot iikot sa loob ng cabin.

My car have different batteries.
Sa Grand Starex ko Amaron Hi Life turning 4 years na still one click pa din.
Sa Hiace ko Panasonic, yung stock niya na pinagpalitan ko Panasonic na Japan made talaga pero LM yun, but replacrd mine with black one yung 18 months warranty.
Then sa Vios ko Motolite Gold since na tirikan kami sa Makati nun at mamimili pa kami sa SM Aura kaya nagtawag ako ng delivery. Pero last week nagloko Motolite ko nung umaga ayaw na mag start akala ko discharged lang kaya nag series ako.
Then, pag uwi galing office ayaw na mag start kaya tumawag ako sa Motolite sadly walang stock sila ng pang vios kaya nagbigay ng report na for replacement na. Kaya sinieries na lang ng.taga motolite para makauwi ako. And called again for.my replacement. Heheh
3 months before expiring bumigay buti na lang 😁

There are several articles online about this ... basically a standard vehicle does not and cannot charge your battery to 100% ... a smart battery charger like CTek can extend battery life up to 3-4 years ... if you have several vehicles, one can recover the investment more quickly ... get the CTek MXS 5.0 ... it can charge motorcycle and car batteries ... also AGM and different types of battery... don't get the CTek Time To Go or the CTek Start / Stop ... both are just marketing gimmicks ...

Because the first and only car is a European luxury vehicle already ... adding another one is costly ... besides he already has a very good solution ... replace every 2 years regardless of the condition ... sounds like a smart decision compared to buying another vehicle ... a depreciating asset sitting in your garage ... the interest of the acquisition cost (if invested properly) will able to buy a new battery every year or even every 6 months ...

I can't believe that the battery I bought in 2013 is still working! In my 2 decades of owning cars, this is the longest battery life I've ever had. Wow! I am so impressed with Amaron.

I am so thankful for Tsikot because this is where I learned about Amaron

four years on the (motolite) battery is ordinary for us, in our other car that regularly gets driven for longer, non-metro distances.
