Benefits of upgrading to a high ampere alternator (65 - 95)?

I read somewhere na kapag mataas an amperes, dapat baguhin din ang wiring kasi ang dadaan na kuryente mas mataas na. is this true? kasi i recently bought a surplus na 30 amp fuse para sa power window ko. pero recommended ng Isuzu 20 amp lang. pero wala ako mahanap, kahit sa Banawe. safe kaya 'yun? input naman mga sir. thanks

I changed my 70 amp alternator to 110 about 7 years ago. Didn't change the wiring & it's still working fine.
