    the battery instrument warning lights of my friends car does not auomatically go off after starting the engine. The engine needs to be reved before it goes out what is the possible problem.

    Check belt slippage, charging, alternator bearing/brushes. Could also be a weak battery.

    alternator problem... have it checked kung tama charging.
