my ride is a mitsubishi galant vr v6 1994.

someone help me on this.. tnx..

try to look for a shop that can read the cause of your check engine light. i'm sure the check engine light and the battery discharging problem were related

Check battery drain (parasitic loads) first. cars with aftermarket alarms usually consume 50 - 100 mA. either you bring it to a reputable auto electrician or you play with the spaghetti wiring

Dear friend, you may go to nearest auto shop to check the car alternator, alternator is the device that will supply or charge the car battery, if the alternator is not working then the battery will always be discharged. Next thing after checking the alternator is to check your battery and make sure that the battery has the correct capacity needed for your car, let say if you add sound system in your car then you have to upgrade your battery as well. Look for more plates battery, not necessarily buy the expensive one, still it will generate more capacity with more plates. Hope it will help. Best Regards.
