alternator: rewind or surplus?

generally, ano mas maganda iparewind ang alternator or bumili ng surplus?

sa starter naman, repair or surplus.

any shop sa qc na marerecommend nyo to do these?

tingin ko mas ok pa din ang iparewind. kasi yung mga surplus, most of them are rewinded and reconditioned na. pag minalas malas ka pa, after one week, sira na din yan.

pero, syempre, mas ok pa din ang brand new, maski replacement.
